Event concept development, coordination, and on-site production support for the official opening of the restored Rector's Palace on Lopud, attended by the Croatian Minister of Culture and Media, institutional representatives, cultural stakeholders, and invited guests.

Our role included the development of the event concept, programme coordination, protocol planning, supplier management, and seamless on-site delivery within one of the Dubrovnik region's most significant cultural heritage sites.
