Faces behind the name

Event Lab is a Dubrovnik-based event planning and production boutique agency led by sisters Angela and Ksenija Matić.

We approach every project with a logistics-first mindset — aligning budgets, timelines, suppliers and technical production. Whether hosting a high-level summit, an elegant gala, or a multi-day incentive trip, our goal is to deliver seamless, emotionally resonant experiences inspired through authentic local experiences. Our clients value clarity, calm execution and events that run smoothly from start to finish.

Angela and Ksenija are both RIT Croatia graduates with more than 20 years of experience in the MICE, PR & marketing and esteemed members of local and international community. Angela serves as a Swedish consul in Dubrovnik, while Ksenija is an international wine judge with CMS Certified Sommelier and WSET3 certificates.
